 Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai »

This competition proposal for Damac Properties creates and interactive group of towers that relate to one another and act as a main gateway to the Palm Jebel Ali. Emphasising environmental considerations, our designs are inspired by the indigenous architecture of Dubai, and by the climate and the context of the site. Apartments were designed to capture the breeze from the land in the mornings and from the sea in the afternoon. Shutters were proposed for each apartment in a similar way to the traditional buildings of Dubai.
